Project Management Fundamentals

This workshop focuses on the foundations needed to deliver projects that meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Participants are introduced to core processes, tools, and deliverables from each of the Project Management Process Groups and apply those processes to real world projects through numerous hands-on activities and exercises.
Managing Project Risks

This workshop focuses on recognized best practices for identifying, prioritizing, tracking and responding to project risks. It provides participants with proven techniques and templates that can help them proactively manage project risks and improve project success.
Estimating and Scheduling Techniques

Being able to provide good estimates and understanding how to use those estimates to develop a realistic project schedule are key aspects of project management. Estimating skills are a critical component of effective project planning, scheduling and resource utilization. This workshop emphasizes using multiple techniques to provide a more accurate final project estimate and a quality schedule.
